We’re looking for an experienced property management professional to join our growing Client Strategy team. The Client Strategy Partner bridges the gap between technology and operations — helping leading multifamily operators understand how to leverage automation, AI agents, and workflow redesign to scale efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who has lived the day-to-day challenges of property management, understands the dynamics between ownership and fee‑management structures, and thrives on driving organizational change. You’ll serve as a trusted industry voice — partnering with our sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to translate operational pain points into transformative solutions.
You’ll join a company defining the next generation of property management — powered by AI and automation. As a Client Strategy Partner, you’ll shape how the industry evolves, working with the most forward‑thinking owners and operators in multifamily.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $200,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
