About This Critical Role:

Are you passionate about financial markets and client success? We're looking for a dedicated Client Account Manager to serve as the guardian of our clients' trading operations. This hands‑on position puts you at the center of daily trading activities, ensuring our algorithmic systems perform flawlessly for every client.

Your Daily Impact:
Market Open Preparation (Pre‑9:30 AM EST):
  • Execute morning startup procedures across all client VPS environments
  • Verify trading account connectivity and algorithm activation
  • Document market conditions and system status in real‑time tracking sheets
  • Ensure clients are positioned for optimal trading from market open
Active Market Monitoring:
  • Conduct hourly wellness checks on all client accounts
  • Proactively identify and resolve connectivity or performance issues
  • Maintain constant vigilance over algorithmic trading performance
  • Provide immediate troubleshooting and escalation when needed
End-of-Day Excellence:
  • Execute proper market close procedures for all accounts
  • Generate personalized daily performance reports for each client
  • Deliver professional updates via Discord summarizing trading results
  • Prepare systems for the next trading session
Location:

We are specifically seeking candidates based in Colombia, Argentina, Costa Rica, Brazil, and Mexico. If you're located in Latin America and have availability during U.S. market hours, we encourage you to apply.

If you have daytrading experience, even better - it's not required, but it will give you a significant advantage in this role.

  • Experience with VPS environments or remote desktop management
  • Knowledge of NinjaTrader or similar trading platforms
  • Background in financial markets or trading operations
  • Previous client‑facing or account management experience
