Job summary

Decision Group seeks an InfraStructure Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT infrastructure initiatives, including hosting, network, and application management, with strong governance and compliance focus.

The candidate will drive project plans, manage risks, stakeholders, and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with security standards (GXP/SOX) in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of business and IT experience with project management, standards, and financials.
• Proven leadership, organizational change, negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Ability to navigate a complex organization and deal with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Establish project plan and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles, and responsibilities.
• Monitor and control execution of project through Analyze, Design, Build, Test and Release.
• Establish project governance, managing risks and issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Direct outputs of the project team, ensuring overall success of project and effective use of resources.
• Solid financial understanding (capex, opex, investment approval requests, PO, Goods Receipt).
• Ensure the overall user experience is considered when designing and deploying new solutions and services.
• Ensure appropriate use of project management methods and tools.
• Provide project reporting including overall performance of the project and project completion documentation.
• Accountable to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope.
• Make-it-happen attitude while following processes and standards of a highly regulated environment. Experience with GXP and SOX required.
• Experience dealing with change management.
