Uma consultoria de tecnologia está em busca de um(a) Senior DevOps Engineer em São Paulo. O profissional será responsável por implementar práticas de DevOps, arquitetar e manter pipelines CI/CD, e administrar a infraestrutura Azure. Será necessário ter mais de 10 anos de experiência, forte conhecimento em segurança na nuvem e expertise em ferramentas como Terraform e Docker. Este papel exige colaboração com equipes multifuncionais e suporte contínuo às operações de DevOps.

Qualificações

• Mais de 10 anos de experiência em tecnologia com forte experiência em DevOps e nuvem.
• Compreensão profunda de infraestrutura e serviços de nuvem, especialmente Azure.
• Experiência em linguagens orientadas a objetos como C#, Java e Python.

Responsabilidades

• Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para alinhar práticas de DevOps aos objetivos de negócios.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align DevOps practices with business goals.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Retail applications.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Kubernetes.
• Manage Azure infrastructure and integrations.
• Handle environment management and optimization.
• Monitor and optimize Azure resources for performance, reliability, and cost.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, ARM templates, and scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Implement alerting and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana).
• Provide support for DevOps operations.
• Demonstrate strong SQL skills.
• Understand networking concepts and troubleshoot connectivity.
• Ensure digital security and manage vulnerabilities.
• Write scripts using Python and PowerShell.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts for consistent and scalable application deployments.
• Implement GitOps workflows using Argo CD.
• Integrate KEDA for event‑driven autoscaling.
• Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost‑efficiency.
• Handle environment lifecycle and scale operations.
• Ensure robust security practices and compliance across CI/CD and infrastructure.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology with strong DevOps and cloud experience.
• Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and services, particularly Azure and containerization (AKS, VMs, load balancers, databases, storage, networking, security).
• Broad development experience in one or more object‑oriented languages (C#, Java, Python).
• Strong relational database experience using MS SQL Server.
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, SSAS or similar BI development and reporting tools.
• Broad experience contributing and collaborating to assist design, plan, implement, maintain, and document services and solutions.
• Strong competency in software development tools (Visual Studio, VS Code, Chrome Dev Tools).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrable knowledge in the application of modern Service Delivery methods – Site Reliability Engineering, ITIL, Product-Based delivery.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding security best practices in the cloud and ability to implement controls (NSGs, firewalls, IAM).
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef).
• Setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab.
• Containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and orchestration in the cloud.
• Scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, and programming languages such as Python.
• English Level: Advanced.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert – validates skills in designing and implementing DevOps practices for Azure.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert – validates skills in designing and implementing solutions that run on Azure.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) – validates skills in managing and deploying applications on Kubernetes.
• Experience with retail or wholesale trading systems.
