What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in human services, business administration, or finance, with one year of experience as a child support worker or legal assistant; OR
  • Associate’s degree with three years of experience in a related field; OR
  • High School diploma or equivalent with five years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in keyboard skills, including typing at least 35 WPM
  • Knowledge of child support program functions and federal/state regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Completed degree in human services, humanities, social sciences, or paralegal/legal assistant
  • Direct child support experience within the past five years in Minnesota
  • Experience preparing family court legal documents such as motions and affidavits
