Job Overview

We're looking for a seasoned security expert to spearhead our organization's security and compliance initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade security programs that align with business objectives.

About the Role

• Create and lead a comprehensive security function from scratch.
• Develop and implement a robust security strategy, policies, and frameworks that drive regulatory compliance and business success.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and incident response exercises to ensure the highest level of security.
• Foster a culture of security awareness and training to promote accountability across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure security goals are aligned with organizational priorities.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of hands‑on experience in security engineering, product security, or infrastructure security.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying security tools and frameworks at scale.
• In‑depth understanding of cryptography, secure protocols, and key‑management systems.
• Expertise in AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, and large‑scale distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of application security (OWASP, STRIDE, TARA) and vulnerability mitigation.
• Proficiency in one or more system languages (Java, C, C++, Rust, Go) and one scripting language (Python, Shell).
• Experience with blockchain and smart contract security is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to automate security controls, conduct penetration testing, and perform design reviews.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring engineers and influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
