Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in Executive Assistant roles, ideally with C-level leaders. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential. This position requires in-office presence three days a week and offers a dynamic work environment.

The Chief of Staff is the right hand to our Brazil-based Vice President of Latin America, serving as a strategic partner who turns vision into actionable plans and drives business success. This role requires a unique blend of strategic agility, hands‑on business ownership, and meticulous execution.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and resourceful leader who can operate as a strategic gatekeeper, business owner, and facilitator. You will be responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across functions, and enabling the entire LATAM organization to achieve its goals. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a high degree of comfort in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

This is a hybrid position based in our vibrant São Paulo office, with in‑person presence required three days per week.

About The Role

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Enablement: Serve as a thought partner to the LATAM Leader, translating strategic vision into a practical roadmap and actionable plans.
  • Business Ownership: Own key business objectives and drive them to completion, ensuring alignment with the overarching goals of the company.
  • Cross‑functional Leadership: Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments (e.g., Sales, People, and Legal), breaking down silos and driving organizational efficiencies.
  • Data‑Driven Insights: Leverage your analytical skills to provide data‑driven insights and recommendations that steer strategic decision‑making.
  • Operational Excellence: Proactively identify potential roadblocks and operational gaps, offering forward‑thinking solutions before challenges arise.
  • High‑Visibility Materials: Assist in the creation of reports, presentations, and other high‑visibility materials for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Special Projects: Take on special projects and additional responsibilities in support of the Leader and their leadership team.

Administrative Responsibilities (as needed):

  • Calendar Management: Manage a complex calendar, ensuring clear agendas, appropriate prioritization, and full preparation for all meetings and engagements.
  • Travel and Expenses: Oversee travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Meeting Logistics: Support logistics for internal/external events, offsites, and team meetings.
Your Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Executive Assistant roles, at least 2 years supporting SVP or C‑level leaders in fast‑paced, large, global organizations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; detail‑oriented with a high bar for quality.
  • Self‑starter with a growth mindset—you seek continuous improvement, own your work with pride, and learn quickly from feedback.
  • Highly responsive - As a representative of the executive, you ensure all internal and external constituents are engaged with and feel seen and heard.
  • Master of time management, with an innate ability to multitask, adapt, and remain composed in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
  • Resilient, resourceful, and solution‑oriented under pressure.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the prospect of working in a dynamic, high‑growth SaaS company.

  • Experience supporting sales executives or leaders in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Previous work in a high‑growth organization
  • A variety of experience in both start‑ups and large enterprises
