A high-growth fintech company in São Paulo is seeking a Strategist to lead key projects and support executive decision-making. You will work closely with the founders, drive alignment across diverse teams, and influence the company's strategic direction. Ideal candidates have 4-5+ years in strategy or tech, strong analytical skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English and passion for fintech are essential. Your opportunity

• You’ll have a seat at the table and work directly with Belvo’s founders and executive team to shape, drive, and execute the company’s most critical projects.
• Act as a trusted partner and force multiplier to leadership, helping streamline decision‑making, drive alignment, and accelerate execution across the organization.
• Get unmatched exposure to how a high‑growth fintech operates across all departments.
• Lead high‑impact, cross‑functional projects involving teams such as product, sales, customer success, marketing, tech, people, finance and legal.
• Drive strategic bets and take the lead on high‑stakes initiatives – whether it’s launching a new market, evaluating M&A opportunities or building new business lines.
• Support key internal processes such as budgeting, company OKRs, executive planning and all‑hands meetings, ensuring coordination, alignment and follow‑through.
• Help shape our narrative.
• Partner with the founders to craft compelling communications for internal updates, fundraising and investor relations.
• Take the lead on board meeting preparation, including crafting materials, aligning stakeholders, and driving clear communication on strategic priorities and outcomes.
• Surface and synthesize insights to help guide Belvo’s long‑term direction, from market and business development opportunities to product expansion.
• Develop deep context and influence within the local teams in Mexico and Brazil, helping bridge the gap between local execution and regional strategy.

This position may be for you if

• You have 4‑5+ years of experience in strategy consulting (e.g. MBB), investment banking, venture capital, or at a high‑growth tech company.
• You’ve led complex, cross‑functional projects involving multiple stakeholders across regions, cultures, and teams.
• You are a structured thinker with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of breaking down complex problems and driving clear, actionable outcomes.
• You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity and thrive when given high levels of ownership and autonomy.
• You have a passion for technology and an understanding of software and fintech markets, trends, and dynamics.
• You’re based in Brazil (preferably São Paulo) or open to relocating.
• You are humble, low ego and enjoy working with a diverse group of people.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and can craft compelling narratives for senior audiences.

Amazing if

• Fluent in Spanish.
• Previous experience in Fintech and / or SaaS.
• Previous experience in working closely with founders in a high‑growth tech company.
• Proven track record of leveraging AI in your daily work.
