Financial Operations SpecialistAssume responsibility for overseeing and coordinating daily, weekly and projected cash flow; manage bank accounts, balances, reconciliations and financial investments.
Foster effective fund transfers between partners.Accounts Payable & ReconciliationCoordinate full payment cycle (review, approval and execution); ensure accurate posting of invoices, tax withholdings and cost centers; implement and maintain thorough payment policies.Receivables Management & CollectionsCoordinate billing (rent, charges, fees and services); monitor delinquency, aging reports, collections and postings in the ERP system; implement preventive and corrective collection strategies.Credit Risk Assessment & AnalysisDevelop credit policy; perform customer financial and credit analysis; classify customers according to risk levels; track delinquency indicators and credit performance metrics.Financial Reporting & StrategyCreate comprehensive financial dashboards and key performance indicators; lead continuous improvement and automation projects; serve as primary financial interface with partners, funds and investors.
