Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
  • Lead the closing process, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
• Accounting Operations
  • Responsible for full accounting cycle, including general accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Manage fixed assets, including asset capitalization, depreciation, and impairment analysis.
  • Oversee intercompany accounting and reconciliation with HQ.
• Audit and Compliance
  • Lead external audit, planning, schedules, responses, documentation, walkthroughs, and closing.
  • Support internal audit and IFC testing.
  • Maintain and improve accounting internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (mandatory).
• CRC active and in good standing (mandatory for signing financial statements).
• Post-graduate or MBA preferred.

Benefits

• Experience in companies with revenues above BRL 300M is highly desirable.
• Minimum 7–10 years in accounting, including leadership roles.
• Prior experience signing or preparing statutory financial statements.
• Experience in industrial, distribution, or multinational environments.
