The Customer Success Consultant plays a pivotal role in delivering services that seamlessly integrate customer success expertise with business development activities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Onboarding and Enablement: Facilitate comprehensive onboarding sessions to empower CAS users, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions.

  • Guidance and Support: Provide expert guidance to help customers unlock the full potential of CAS solutions, fostering strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long‑lasting relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to grow, retain, and cross‑sell within existing accounts.

  • Business Development: Cultivate a pipeline of new business opportunities within assigned territories, driving revenue growth and expansion.

  • Prospecting and Presentations: Conduct prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and presentations, to build awareness and interest in CAS solutions.

  • Marketing and Events: Collaborate on marketing initiatives, such as workshops, seminars, and industry events, to promote CAS solutions and thought leadership.

  • Representation and Communication: Represent CAS at conferences and trade shows as agreed, maintaining accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce / LEX).

  • Progress Updates and Reporting: Provide regular progress updates on engagement metrics and deliverables, ensuring transparency and accountability.
