BPOD latam is looking for a person to support our team as Channel Sales Manager in São Paulo, Brasil.
Position Summary
The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for defining and executing the partner strategy within the assigned region. This role involves recruiting, enabling, and growing business partners to achieve sales objectives, while overseeing the Channel Plan, training initiatives, certifications, and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement channel strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners within the designated territory.
- Maintain all required sales certifications and ensure compliance with partner program requirements.
- Execute training and performance measurement programs, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing communication with partners to strengthen collaboration.
- Create and manage sales forecasts and pipelines, identifying new business opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate special channel-related projects as needed.
- Drive joint marketing and sales initiatives with partners to generate qualified leads.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations; represent the company at sales and partner events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology related sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Proven history working with vendors, wholesalers, partners, System Integrators and Consulting Companies within technology industry.
- Background in enterprise software/SaaS focused on IT service management or endpoint protection
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Confident presenter, able to convey information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate of completion of studies.
- Fluency written and verbal communications in Spanish and English is a must.
- Availability for visits with clients, national and international business trips.
