A cybersecurity firm is seeking a Partner Manager for LATAM coverage. This individual will lead channel sales efforts and build partnerships. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in channel sales, particularly in Cybersecurity, and is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. This role includes recruiting partners, driving sales growth, and maintaining documentation and forecasts.

We are looking for a Partner Manager, LATAM to join our team covering Latin America.
Spanish, Portuguese and English Required.
In support of the Semperis “100% Channel Sales Model,” this Channel Sales Manager acts as the primary leader and point of contact for creating and enabling mutually profitable relationships with Referral Partners, Resellers, and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) across LATAM.
The qualified candidate will possess recent, verifiable history in creating and enabling monetized relationships and ramping channel-sourced sales pipeline with LATAM IAM or cybersecurity resellers, including successes with regional & boutique resellers engaged in the CyberRisk and Disaster Recovery market. Compensation based on base salary plus commission (quota attainment).

Semperis maintains office locations in several cities across the globe. Candidates who reside within 45 miles of one of our offices—or where the job description specifies a required location—will follow our hybrid work model. This includes working onsite three days per week and remotely the remaining days.
