The successful candidate will manage the channel ecosystem, plan offline sales strategies, and monitor partner performance. English proficiency is required for communication with international stakeholders. Business travel may be necessary.

Channel Sales Development Lead

Our organization is seeking a skilled Channel Sales Development Lead to oversee and grow our indirect sales operations, working closely with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in offline sales, preferably in sectors such as electronics, telecom, or consumer technology, with a solid background in channel development, partner activation, and commercial performance management. The successful candidate will manage and develop the channel ecosystem, plan and execute offline sales strategies to increase market share, monitor partner performance, and implement actions to boost results.

Additionally, they will conduct commercial visits, trainings, and point-of-sale activations, track key indicators, identify and develop new partnership opportunities, and ensure alignment with internal teams. We are looking for a professional with strong negotiation, relationship-building, and partner-development skills, an analytical mindset, and a results-oriented approach.

Fluency in English is required for effective communication with international stakeholders.

Business travel may be necessary.
