What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Administer various incentives, such as rebates and discounts, to encourage partners to meet revenue targets
  • Improve oversight of rules, processes, and payments for incentive programs
  • Build and manage assets for internal and external audiences to enhance partner financial benefit programs
  • Engage with partners and internal teams to provide training on incentive program benefits
  • Support regular reporting and business reviews with team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in channel partner programs, partner marketing, or channel development
  • Proven experience working with incentive programs aligned with business requirements
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, business models, and Route to Market strategies
  • Exceptional communication and social skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
