Channel Account Manager – Europe (Benelux, Nordics & France)

Exabeam is seeking a highly motivated Channel Account Manager (CAM) to join our growing Global Channel Team, with a specific focus on partners across Benelux, the Nordics, and France. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding and scaling our regional channel ecosystem—building strong partner relationships, accelerating revenue growth, and driving long-term partner success.

You will serve as the primary interface between Exabeam and our partners in these markets, owning partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and joint business planning. You will work closely with regional sales leadership, marketing, and technical teams to execute aligned go‑to‑market strategies. This role is ideal for a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment and is passionate about building high‑impact partnerships across diverse European markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Recruitment & Activation Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners across Benelux, the Nordics, and France, with a focus on VARs, Resellers, MSSPs, and Distributors.
  • Lead partner onboarding workflows, including system access, program alignment, and delivery of key enablement assets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during initial partner engagement and early‑stage activation.
  • Track and report onboarding progress, KPIs, and partner satisfaction metrics.
Partner Enablement & Growth
  • Drive enablement initiatives across technical, sales, and operational teams within partner organizations.
  • Deliver and coordinate regional workshops, webinars, and training sessions (live and on‑demand).
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and enablement teams to localize and tailor partner content to regional market needs.
  • Monitor and report on partner certifications, engagement levels, and enablement milestones.
Joint Business Planning & Execution
  • Partner with regional sales teams and solution architects to develop and execute joint go‑to‑market and co‑selling strategies.
  • Collaborate with partners on pipeline generation, demand creation, and field‑led marketing initiatives.
  • Provide structured feedback to the Partner Program Office to continuously improve onboarding, enablement, and partner engagement models.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner performance, enablement activities, and business growth within CRM and partner systems.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic alliances, preferably within cybersecurity or enterprise software.
  • Proven experience working with partners across Benelux, the Nordics, and/or France, including familiarity with regional procurement practices and regulatory considerations.
  • Understanding of SIEM, UEBA, and AI‑driven security operations platforms, and their relevance within the European cybersecurity landscape.
  • Experience with partner portals, enablement platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills across multicultural environments.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple partner initiatives simultaneously.
