What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Catering Sales Department, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Manage and respond to inquiries in the Catering Support inbox, ensuring prompt and professional communication
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain data integrity and facilitate communication between internal teams and account managers
  • Guide Field Operators with best practices to ensure high-quality service and address execution gaps
  • Process and maintain accounts for the School Lunch Program, including onboarding and training new stores
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Strong preference for candidates with casual catering industry experience
  • Minimum educational requirement: Associate degree or higher preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of adapting to new software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively
