A Tata Consultancy Services procura um profissional de processamento de casos para aprender e transformar a carreira em ICSR, com atuação em diferentes geogragias. Será responsável por atividades de intake, triagem de e-mails e garantia de qualidade, além de manter comunicação com stakeholders.

Necessário inglês fluente e espanhol avançado, formação em Ciências da Vida e conhecimento de requisitos regulatórios de ICSR.

Qualificações

• Fluência em inglês e espanhol avançado.
• Formação em ciências da vida (Biologia/ Farmácia/ Odontologia).
• Triagem de e-mails para identificar casos e intake de IC SRs.
• Processo de casos conforme guias de processamento e requisitos regulatórios.

Responsabilidades

• Executar atividades de submissão de ICSR para diversas geografias.
• Respeitar prazos, diretrizes regulatórias e padrões de qualidade.
• Realizar QC de atividades relacionadas a ICSR.
• Manter comunicação com stakeholders internos e externos.
• Participar de transições e treinamentos de novas atividades e escopos.
• Fornecer suporte durante a transição de novos escopos para a equipe TCS.

We are looking for Case Processor who wants to learn and transform his career.

Responsibilities

• Perform ICSR submission activities to different geographies
• Perform submission activities within agreed timelines with high quality with adherence to regulatory guidelines and applicable standards, and processes.
• Perform QC of ICSR related activities to ensure compliance to Customer and regulatory agency requirements
• Maintain open and timely communication;
  participate on special projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge and experience with ICSR submission related regulatory requirements
• Regular interaction with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
• Escalates unresolved issues appropriately as per the agreed escalation process.
• Ensures that the Quality and TAT targets defined are met
• Understand the transition plan for any new scope with perspective of training related activities.
• Participate in transition for new activities, new scope or new products
• Support in transition of new scope to TCS team
• Provide complete support during project transition for ICSR related activities
• Complete assigned training as per process requirement.

Skills Required

• English fluently, Spanish advanced
• Any lifescience degree – Biology / Pharmacy/ Dentist etc
• Triage all the mails received in Mailbox to identify cases
• Perform Case Intake activity for IC SRs
• Book-in case/s from email;
  ensure that source email is saved in database (in appropriate format) as ICSR source document
• Process case as per the detailed case processing guidance document ensuring compliance to process and regulatory requirements
