Your Role & Impact

As a Google Ads Specialist on our team, you'll execute and optimize campaigns across 70+ Google Ads accounts and 25+ Local Service Ads accounts.

You’ll join our existing Google Ads Manager and Google Ads Specialist who have been with the company for years and who are experts with our system.

You and the current Specialist will follow our framework, while proactively collaborating with our SEO and client success teams to ensure campaigns are always in-line with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build campaigns in Google Ads Manager and Ads Editor following our templates and SOPs.
  • Perform weekly and monthly optimization routines (negative keywords, search term reviews, budgets, ad assets, keyword additions, bidding strategy, etc.).
  • Run through QA checklist before launching or editing a campaign (geo settings, match types, naming conventions, conversion actions, etc.).
  • Maintain documentation and task updates in ClickUp.
  • Implement and QA tracking with WhatConverts following established processes.
  • Run reports in Looker Studio with performance analysis.
  • Manage Local Service Ads (budget pacing, category, verification checks, etc.).
  • Proactively collaborate with SEO and client success managers to align campaign performance with business goals.
  • Identify areas of improvement to our SOPs based on test results or recurring events.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation (non-ecommerce).
  • Track record of precision execution and zero critical errors in recent work.
  • Great analytical skillset for search term review, budget pacing, and campaign adjustments.
  • Familiar with Google Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, ClickUp, and Slack.
  • Focus on detail, with ability to follow SOPs 100% and identify opportunities for SOP refinement.
  • Excellent written English for writing ads, documentation, and communicating with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong personal standards for flawless execution.
Bonus Experience (not required)
  • Experience with Local Service Ads management.
  • Unbounce.
  • Experience optimizing paid campaigns for service-based lead generation.
  • Experience with WhatConverts or CallRail.

Compensation, Benefits, and Schedule

Base Salary: $1,200–$2,000 USD / month depending on experience and skill level.

Schedule: Flexible work hours but must be available for mandatory 4-hour team overlap for collaboration with cross-department teams.
