A leading global logistics company in Brazil is seeking a Capacity Planning Analyst to optimize delivery operations. You will analyze data to generate actionable route plans and work across teams to ensure efficient decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, a Bachelor's degree, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. This role offers the opportunity to impact the entire delivery network.
The AMZL Capacity Planning Team provides Ops with solutions for in-station and on-the-road operations, year-round and during seasonal peaks. The ideal candidate is passionate about using data to deliver an actionable plan that impacts the business. They have a strong record of delivering results and are experienced in executing in a cross-functional environment, backed by analysis and data. They enjoy a fast-paced environment, working with large amounts of data, and solving highly complex, ambiguous problems.
As a Planning Analyst in the Capacity Planning Team, you will be working on the weekly and daily cadence for the generation of route plans or labor plans for AMZL delivery stations to make sure the organization is well prepared for the future. You will analyze execution gaps to improve future plans. You will work across teams to ensure that decisions are made for the business as a whole. The impact of this position is tremendous, making decisions that will affect the entire country network of one of the largest companies in the world.
