Brex is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the team in our São Paulo office. You’ll manage complex interview schedules across time zones, serve as the primary contact for candidates, and partner with recruiters, hiring leaders, and Executive Assistants to keep hiring moving smoothly.

This hybrid role requires at least 2 years of coordinating experience, strong communication, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
• Experience with recruiting tools such as Google Calendar, Greenhouse, ModernLoop and Gem
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Brex with polish and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and good judgment
• Solutions-oriented mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving

• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and Executive Assistants to align priorities, anticipate conflicts, and maintain clear communication.
• Apply sound judgment to navigate last-minute changes, sensitive information, and competing demands with professionalism and tact.
• Streamline processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements that enhance speed, accuracy, and candidate experience.
• Support recruiting projects, inclusive of system audits, tool management, data pulls and reviews.
• Communicate proactively and effectively across teams to build trust, ensure alignment, and maintain a high bar for quality and service.

Where you’ll work

This role will be based in our Sao, Paulo office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!
