Qualificações

We are looking for a highly skilled Campaign Manager to lead our paid media strategy across major digital advertising platforms—including YouTube Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and X (Twitter) Ads.

You will be responsible for designing, launching, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns aimed at sports fans, bettors, and gaming audiences.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes sports, understands betting behavior, and can turn data‑driven insights into profitable user acquisition.

Specifically, your role will involve :

Campaign strategy & execution

Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across: Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, and X.

Build segmented acquisition strategies for sports / betting audiences.

Set up full‑funnel advertising flows (awareness ? engagement ? conversion).

Conduct extensive keyword, audience, and competitor research.

Campaign optimization

Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.

Perform A / B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, frequency, and placements daily.

Analytics & reporting

Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and internal BI tools.

Provide weekly / monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Maintain accurate forecasting, pacing, and budget allocation.

Creative & content collaboration

Work with designers and content teams to develop high‑performing assets (video, static, copy).

Brief creative teams with data‑backed insights.

Ensure all campaigns follow brand, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.

Compliance & industry requirements

Ensure all ad creatives and targeting strategies follow advertising regulations across markets.

Stay updated on platform policies for gambling / betting advertising.

The ideal profile
  • 5–7 years of hands‑on paid media experience managing multi‑channel campaigns.
  • Proven track record scaling campaigns in sports, betting, gaming, or a similar data‑driven vertical.
  • Strong command of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, X Ads.
  • Deep understanding of CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, attribution, and tracking.
  • Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, tracking pixels, UTM strategy, and conversion APIs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with fluency in numbers.
  • Passion for sports and familiarity with betting markets.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Spanish is a plus.
Bonus points if you :
  • Experience in regulated markets.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing or sportsbook acquisition funnels.
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRM, or retention strategies.
Experience working in startups or scaling environments.
