Your impact

Support all sites in SA for ECO processes for Steel, Metalfab and Plastics and support Raw Steel category processes in SA.

The Jr Buyer will support both ECO buyer in SA and Raw Steel Specialist buyer for SA.

Improve our product costs through of market test, supplier analysis, cost breakdown analysis.

Support our manufacturing process and logistic department in terms of keep our production line working normally.

Responsibilities

A JR Buyer at AGCO should have several responsibilities, below we can see the main:

• Annual results, savings and economics for AGCO sites;
• Manage your suppliers in Raw Steel commodity -Identify and implement cost reductions for AGCO sites; -Support all departments when necessary (logistic and engineering for example) and work as a partner (as one AGCO);
• Determine the applicable suppliers for each case, based on technical, commercial, and approval criteria.
• Prestar suporte contínuo às áreas envolvidas (Engenharia, Qualidade, Logística, Manufatura), fornecendo todas as informações necessárias durante o ciclo completo da ECO.

Your experience and qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration / Comex or any other business area;
• Intermedium level of English is the minimum requirement;
• Communication, Junior level of Negotiation experience in Purchasing, hands on and result driven;
• Good Interpersonal skills;
• Ability to make decision under pressure
• Good analytical skills.
