This individual will play a key role in advising and guiding business teams to develop strategic learning plans that align with their goals.
This is not a role in instructional design, curriculum development or training delivery or operations.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in assessing capability and capacity workforce skill gaps in partner organizations, conducting needs analysis, enabling consulting conversations with business leaders, proposing strategic learning plans, prescribing relevant learning, building custom partner learning plans and monitoring learner progress.
Assessing Capability and Capacity Workforce Skill Gaps : The consultant will utilize frameworks to identify gaps in the skills and abilities of the workforce in partner organizations.
Conducting Needs Analysis : The consultant will conduct discovery and scoping at business, technical and learning levels to understand the needs of the partner organization.
Enabling Consulting Conversations : The consultant will facilitate conversations with business leaders to understand their drivers and priorities.
Proposing Strategic Learning Plans : The consultant will propose customized learning plans that meet the unique needs of each partner organization.
Prescribing Relevant Learning : The consultant will recommend learning opportunities based on the scope and workload of the partner organization.
Building Custom Partner Learning Plans : The consultant will create tailored learning plans for each partner organization based on the results of the scoping / needs analysis and business priority.
Monitoring Learner Progress : The consultant will track learner progress and detect any issues.
Creating and Presenting Quarterly / Monthly Business Reviews : The consultant will create and present reports to senior stakeholders on the progress of the learning initiatives.
Monitoring and Analyzing Learning Stats : The consultant will analyze data to make informed decisions about future learning initiatives.
Exploring Business Problems and Creating Solution Models : The consultant will explore complex business problems and create innovative solutions.
Making Recommendations for Improvement : The consultant will identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to partners and internal stakeholders.
Sometimes Travel Involved : The consultant may be required to travel within Brazil to client and partner locations.
