Job summary

Full Spectrum Search Group, a U.S.-based executive search firm, is looking for an AI Operations & Automation Lead to design and implement automation, AI-enabled workflows, and lightweight apps that improve efficiency across the business.

You will translate business problems into practical technical solutions, build integrations, and collaborate with recruiting, data, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in business systems, workflow automation, internal tools, solutions engineering, product operations or related field.
• Strong understanding of AI and automation, including when not to use them.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, MCP, integrations, scripting, and low-code/no-code development.
• Strong analytical and process-mapping skills.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize projects, and consistently ship finished solutions.

Full Spectrum Search Group is a U.S.-based executive search firm specializing in post-acute healthcare. We are hiring a AI Operations & Automation Lead to improve how technology, automation, data, and workflows support our growing business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can understand a business problem, identify the right solution, and build it. The answer will not always be AI — it may involve workflow redesign, automation, internal apps, APIs, MCP, scripting, integrations, or a combination of technologies.
