What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales, Customer Success, and partners
- Resolve or elevate internal system-related issues, including those related to Salesforce
- Develop and document processes and policies for the team
- Guide requesters to the appropriate resources quickly
- Challenge temporary solutions and advocate for permanent fixes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.Sc in Industrial Engineering or a similar field
- 1–3 years of experience in client-facing roles
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the selling process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to quickly adapt to a continuously changing environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in SaaS environments
- Knowledge of Salesforce
