The Business Development Specialist will support two senior leaders within the organization while playing a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening partner relationships, and ensuring smooth project and account management execution.
In this dual-function role, you will support the SVP of Partnerships (80%) by helping source, build, and manage strategic relationships. You will also assist the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) (20%) with coordination, CRM management, follow-ups, and operational support across sales and growth initiatives.
Identify, research, and connect with potential partners aligned with the company's offerings.
Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
Collaborate across internal teams to support partnership and business development initiatives.
Draft partnership proposals, client communications, and supporting documents.
Track partnership and account performance metrics; prepare reports as needed.
Support project coordination related to partner programs and onboarding.
Maintain and update CRM tasks, follow-ups, and next steps.
Assist with scheduling meetings, calendar management, and coordinating sales activities.
Help prepare meeting materials, agendas, and event-related documentation.
Provide general administrative and organizational support to ensure operational efficiency.
