We are looking for an experienced Business Development Senior Manager to strengthen our Restaurant SaaS growth in Brazil.
In this role, you will focus on driving sales performance in your assigned region, leading a small team of Field Sales Representatives, and ensuring restaurants successfully adopt our platform.
You will combine hands-on sales activities with team management, while contributing practical insights to improve our go-to-market approach.
As a key role to connect Brazil and China team, multilingual skill is required.

Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
2+ years of team management or leadership experience.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in fast‑paced environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Fluent in Portuguese and Chinese (written and spoken) – Essential.
