Bluelight LLC is seeking an energetic outbound sales professional to join our rapidly growing team. You will execute high-volume outreach, build and manage prospect lists, and drive qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

Ideal candidates have B2B sales experience in tech, strong negotiation and English communication skills, and familiarity with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and ZoomInfo. Remote work and flexible hours are offered to support performance.

Qualificações

• Experience in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably in technology or software.
• Hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly and ZoomInfo.
• CRM familiarity (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English.

• Qualify prospects and book discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; improve messaging.

What You'll Do

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ activities/day) via cold calls, cold email, LinkedIn, and SMS
• Use HubSpot to manage daily outreach including call tasks, email cadences, and follow-ups
• Build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay, aligned with Bluelight's ideal customer profile
• Run structured multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly to engage prospects and drive responses
• Leverage ZoomInfo to research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and enrich prospect data
• Write and send high-converting outbound emails and LinkedIn messages with strong personalization and clear calls-to-action
• Initiate outbound conversations with confidence, clearly communicating Bluelight's value proposition within the first few seconds
• Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) and identify real sales opportunities
• Handle objections effectively and position Bluelight as a solution to prospects' software and technology needs
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives and ensure strong show rates through proper follow-up
• Accurately log all activities, notes, and pipeline updates in HubSpot
• Continuously improve messaging and outreach strategies based on results
• Meet or exceed KPIs including daily activity targets, conversations, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution

What We're Looking For

• Required: Hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and ZoomInfo (candidates without direct working experience in all four of these tools will not be considered)
• Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or software industries
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
• Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment

• Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and improve outreach performance
