Our team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) excels at securing meaningful meetings with key decision-makers using advanced tactics inspired by intelligence-gathering and military strategies. Unlike traditional lead generation companies, LGH focuses on actionable insights and expertly curated connections that drive tangible results. We prioritize genuine relationship-building and a results-driven approach, rejecting gimmicks or low-value strategies. Role Description This is a full-time or part-time remote position for a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will focus on identifying, prospecting, and engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meaningful meetings with decision-makers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outbound outreach, building relationships with prospects, and utilizing innovative methods and tools to generate high-quality leads. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic lead nurturing and pipeline development.

  • Experience in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets

  • Proficiency with CRM software and lead management tools
  • Experience in B2B sales or lead generation is a plus
  • Nice to have – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
Core Qualifications

Can you walk into a bar or social event and talk to anyone? Can you pick up a conversation with anyone, and not know much about them? Can you cold call with data to back you up, “warm call”? Do you have conversational English?

Interview Steps

  2. Interview with 2-3 people (at one time) LGH Leadership
  3. Maybe speak to a sales psychologist
  4. Take a PAID practical $7.00 USD per hour (2.5 hours for most)
