A leading provider of mobile surveillance solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager in São Paulo, Brazil. The role involves proactively identifying new business opportunities in the public transportation sector and maintaining long-term relationships with clients across LATAM. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales. Applicants must be self-driven and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. The position supports a remote working environment with a possibility of travel across LATAM.

Company Overview Streamax is a leading global provider of mobile surveillance and fleet management solutions.

With a strong presence across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, we are expanding our footprint in LatAm region (Mainly in Brazilian market) to drive growth in emerging sectors such as public transportation (Urban bus, Coach bus), and bus related business. We are now seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities across key verticals, especially Public transportation sector,

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners in Latam north regions, focusing on sustainable growth and win-win cooperation.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities within the region.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal teams.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through a hunter mindset and strong sales execution skills.

Collaborate with Pre sales team, with technical support and product teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Represent Streamax at industry events, expos, and client meetings.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within sectors, like public transportation, GPS tracking, fleet management, bus validator business, payment solution for bus solution related;

Experience in bus industry, can be with bus companies or governor etc

Demonstrated ability to identify, initiate, and close deals in new market segments.

Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Willingness to travel across LATAM countries.
