David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Portuguese speaking Business Development Manager in Brazil.

Position: Business Development Manager (Brazil)

Location: Remote within Brazil

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute localized business development strategies aligned with broader regional objectives

  • Identify growth opportunities and adapt the company’s value proposition to meet partner needs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Marketing) to design and launch targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders

  • Implement acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention strategies tailored to partners, including referral programs and training initiatives

  • Maintain accurate and organized CRM records and prepare weekly performance reports

  • Provide regular updates on results, risks, and forecasts to regional leadership.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (B2)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within digital finance, technology, or similar industries

  • Strong FX background with in-depth knowledge of FX markets, trading models, and IB-driven business structures.

  • Proven experience managing partner networks, affiliates, or commercial relationships in emerging markets

  • Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven, process-oriented mindset

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
