David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Portuguese speaking Business Development Manager in Brazil.
Position: Business Development Manager (Brazil)
Location: Remote within Brazil
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary
Develop and execute localized business development strategies aligned with broader regional objectives
Identify growth opportunities and adapt the company’s value proposition to meet partner needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Marketing) to design and launch targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders
Implement acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention strategies tailored to partners, including referral programs and training initiatives
Maintain accurate and organized CRM records and prepare weekly performance reports
Provide regular updates on results, risks, and forecasts to regional leadership.
Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (B2)
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within digital finance, technology, or similar industries
Strong FX background with in-depth knowledge of FX markets, trading models, and IB-driven business structures.
Proven experience managing partner networks, affiliates, or commercial relationships in emerging markets
Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven, process-oriented mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
