- A strong book of business and established relationships with brand owners, CMOs / CDMOs, and major consumer health companies
- Proven success selling key nutraceutical dosage forms — tablets, capsules, softgels, and gummys.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by leveraging your existing network and opening high‑value commercial opportunities
- Develop and expand strategic partnerships with global key accounts, brand owners, distributors, and contract manufacturers
- Lead the full business development cycle — from opportunity identification to negotiation and long‑term strategic planning
- Translate scientific and technical capabilities into compelling commercial propositions
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver integrated go‑to‑market strategies
- Manage contracts, commercial terms, and performance optimisation across partnership lifecycles
- Support international expansion through new market development and strategic alliances
- Represent the business at leading industry trade shows and events to strengthen brand visibility and network reach
Key Requirements
- Located anywhere within South America to qualify for this market
- 8+ years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership within nutraceuticals, ingredients, food, or life sciences within South America
- A well‑established book of business and strong relationships across the nutraceutical ecosystem
- Direct experience selling tablets, capsules, softgels, gummys, or related dosage forms
- Proven ability to generate revenue growth and close complex commercial agreements
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert technical innovation into business value
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, hands‑on environment
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
