A growing tech recruitment firm in Porto Alegre is looking for a Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities with mid- to large-sized enterprises in Brazil and the U.S. The successful candidate should have over 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or staffing, and a strong network of decision-makers. This role offers a dynamic work environment and the chance to connect with high-level clients.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with mid- to large-sized enterprises in Brazil and the U.S. To achieve this, they will leverage a professional network to secure meetings with decision-makers (C-level, Directors, IT & HR leaders).
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, outsourcing / body shop, or recruitment / BPO services, and a proven track record of success in similar roles.
