Business Development Associate (BDA) – Latin America (LATAM)
Focus
This is a part‑time, 1-year internship program starting in December, located in São Paulo, Brazil. The program is designed to transform your potential and develop high‑impact sales skills, preparing you for a career in Sales Development at Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Lead Management and Nurturing – manage and nurture Partner Leads (PLs), working closely with consulting partners to ensure a smooth lead handover and progression through the sales funnel, qualifying PLs, aligning with partners on next steps, and ensuring timely follow‑ups to increase conversion rates.
- Inbound Lead Qualification – qualify inbound leads from various sources (marketing campaigns, events, website traffic) using Salesforce’s Customer 360 platform.
- Lead Generation – conduct outbound lead generation activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, focusing on pipeline generation across multiple segments.
- Collaboration and Sales Support – collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Sales Executives to drive interest and schedule discovery meetings, including showcasing Salesforce platforms through live demonstrations.
- Account Research and Strategy – perform research on target accounts, identify key contacts, and help develop personalized outreach strategies.
- Training and Development – participate in ongoing training sessions and shadowing opportunities to learn best practices in sales engagement and opportunity creation; leverage Salesforce’s CRM platform to track and manage prospecting activity.
