Qualificações

  • Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales and/or telesales.
  • Strong cold calling skills and good tolerance for high volume of outbound calls.
  • Advanced level of English is a big plus.
  • Native or advanced level of Portuguese is mandatory.

What you’ll do
  • Act as the face of the company being the first point of contact with potential clients.
  • Prospect potential leads that you will reach out to by phone email or other channels aiming to identify decision makers.
  • Nurture relationships with high potential leads.
  • Identify your prospects pain points to offer the right solutions and help the sales team in closing meetings.
  • Build up and manage the database of prospect companies updating contacts information in Salesforce.
What you’ll need
  • Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales and / or telesales.
  • Strong cold calling skills and good tolerance for a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Excellent communication skills proactive personable hard-worker and easily adaptable.
  • Someone able to show resilience. Bad calls can happen but we need someone able to bounce back.
  • Curious and passionate about picking up sales methodologies.
  • A good command of MS Office and Google tools. Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
  • Creativity ability to think out of the box and being always ready to do customized outreach and make the difference in all outbound efforts.
  • Advanced level of English is a big plus.
  • Native or advanced level of Portuguese is mandatory.
