What your journey will look like

Here, there’s no script and no “one-size-fits-all” role. From day one, you’ll face real business problems, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and have the freedom to propose ideas that make a difference.

Your journey will involve :

• Working hands‑on with business data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities;
• Supporting the design and implementation of scalable processes;
• Collaborating with Product, Risk, Ops, and Finance teams;
• Applying analytical thinking to solve problems and propose innovative solutions;
• Presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders;
• Balancing growth, efficiency, and fraud prevention in high‑impact projects.

At the end of the program, you’ll have a transversal view of the business and be ready to take on strategic roles with visible impact at SumUp.

Who we’re looking for

We’re not looking for someone to just fill a seat, we’re looking for people who thrive in uncertainty, who see challenges as opportunities, and who want to build something meaningful.

You’ll be a great fit if you have :

• Completed degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Curious, analytical, and proactive problem‑solvers;
• Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets (SQL / Python is a plus, but not a must);
• Advanced English (Spanish is a plus);
• Motivated to learn quickly and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment, developing real business impact.
