  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Map and analyze processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide functional support for JD Edwards ERP and related platforms.
  • Lead and guide users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
  • Prepare operational documentation and Knowledge Base articles to resolve recurring issues.
  • Support purchasing, sales, and tax-related processes within JD Edwards modules.
