Chep is seeking a Business Analyst (IT & Digital Solutions) for an on-site role to bridge business needs and technology across our data center infrastructure projects. Advanced English is required and 3+ years of BA experience in IT settings is expected.

You will elicit and document requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support UAT, and help ensure delivery within scope and schedule. A solid grasp of SDLC and hybrid delivery is essential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Experience in IT-focused environments.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and with remote teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct feasibility studies, business case development, and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring timely defect resolution.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities that may impact project success.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What We're Looking For 3+ years of Business Analysis experience. Experience in IT-focused environments. Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies. Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience working in global, matrixed organizations and with remote teams. Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills. Preferred Technical Knowledge Supply Chain Solutions experience. Understanding of EDI and API concepts. Knowledge of Web, Mobile, and IoT technologies.
