This is a full-time, freelance/consulting position with remote work options, starting in December.

Our client is a global FMCG company, undergoing a massive digital transformation. They are seeking expert support to optimize service delivery and enhance application performance across their IT landscape.

As Lead expert for the LATAM market, you'll provide strategic guidance for a specific software or application, ensuring seamless integration, vendor collaboration, and service excellence.

For this position, we are considering for LATAM-based candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Lead issue resolution and optimize service delivery for a key application
• Recommend steps to maximize investment benefits and mitigate risks
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage external vendors
• Collaborate with project teams to design and configure secure software components
• Ensure compliance with configuration standards and governance policies
• Share technical expertise with stakeholders across the organization

Required Skills

• Proven experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh)
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of iFlows and SAP/non‑SAP system integration
• 5-8 years in IT, with end-to-end implementation project experience
• Skilled in stakeholder management and vendor collaboration
• Familiarity with global IT functions and outsourcing frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
• Experience in S/4HANA environments and performance governance
