The Product Manager for Brazil is a strategic leader responsible for delivering innovative scalable solutions that support business operations and enable business growth. This role provides vision strategy and roadmaps for Brazils systems data and technology needs ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable value delivery. The PM collaborates closely with Brazil Product and Service teams Brazil Leadership Business Operations and IS to advocate for enterprise technology needs and consistent processes. By translating business requirements into actionable plans and fostering strong alignment between business and technical teams the Product Manager drives continuous improvement and operational excellence. Ideal candidates will excel in aligning business strategy with technology development efforts engaging stakeholders and prioritizing work based on business value.
Successful Product Managers are expected to be strategic thinkers strong communicators and effective collaborators. They must balance customer and district needs with technical feasibility prioritize based on business impact and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Provide vision strategy and roadmaps for systems data and technology needs across Brazil. Align product initiatives with business goals and ensure that development efforts deliver measurable value.
Collaborate with Brazil Product and Service teams and Brazil Leadership to drive strategic alignment and execution.
Serve as a key liaison between Brazil and Americas Product & Service teams. Advocate for enterprise technology needs and ensure Brazils systems and processes align with broader regional and global strategies. Partner with other Americas Product Managers to incorporate Brazil-specific needs and challenges into enterprise systems roadmaps.
Champion consistent business processes across Brazil to enable scalable technology development. Help define and optimize workflows that support operational excellence and long-term system sustainability.
Act as the voice of the district by engaging stakeholders to uncover needs and translate them into well-defined actionable requirements. Facilitate continuous exploration and ensure that business priorities are clearly reflected in IS product backlogs and development plans.
Define and maintain strategic roadmaps that contains the capabilities and features required for a successful operation. Prioritize initiatives based on business value and cost and oversee release planning adoption and post-release enhancements.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including district teams technical partners and business leadership. Ensure transparency and alignment through regular communication and feedback loops. Share responsibility for overall solution delivery and employee satisfaction of our technology.
Support Agile process to accelerate value delivery. Provide development teams with clear requirements business support and support iterative planning and execution. Collect and analyze user feedback and usage data to inform continuous improvement and innovation.
Own the roadmap and lifecycle of third-party systems supporting Brazils operations. Manage relationships with external service providers ensuring alignment with business needs performance expectations and compliance standards.
