We are looking for a highly driven and relationship-oriented Partner Operations Manager to oversee and expand our strategic partnerships across multiple verticals, including Optometry, Veterinary, and related healthcare sectors.
This role requires a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates high ownership, and can navigate complex relationships with ease
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture partnerships across multiple verticals (Optometry, Veterinary, etc.), ensuring alignment, engagement, and measurable outcomes.
- Serve as the main liaison between internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product) and our external partners to maximize opportunities for brand visibility, awareness campaigns, and joint initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners.
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that align with company goals and market expansion plans.
- Monitor partner performance and develop strategies for optimizing collaboration, communication, and shared success metrics.
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to execute co-marketing, co-branding, and joint activation initiatives.
- Proactively solve problems and manage partner-related challenges with agility, professionalism, and creativity.
