Position Overview

The Brand Director / Head of Brand will take full ownership of defining and advancing the brand's strategic direction. You will oversee brand positioning, communication frameworks, creative alignment, and messaging consistency across all touchpoints. In partnership with senior leadership, you will ensure that the brand not only reflects our values but also resonates strongly within global markets and among high‑caliber digital talent.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive brand strategy that reinforces Prime Digital Talent Acquisition Hub's long‑term identity, purpose, and market positioning.

Elevate brand storytelling by building clear messaging frameworks, tone‑of‑voice guidelines, and creative direction principles.

Oversee brand consistency across digital platforms, campaigns, partnerships, and recruitment communications.

Lead the evolution of visual and verbal branding elements to ensure a cohesive and differentiated brand experience.

Conduct brand audits, competitor analysis, and audience insight studies to refine positioning and strengthen brand relevance.

Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to ensure alignment between brand expression and business objectives.

Introduce innovative branding initiatives aimed at enhancing recognition, trust, and emotional connection with target audiences.

Guide the creation of brand playbooks, asset libraries, and governance systems.

Candidate Qualifications
