Contractor Fee: $2,300 - $3,200/month (USD)

About This Role:

We are hiring an E-Commerce Manager to support a fast-moving, design-led jewelry and lifestyle DTC brand with weekly product drops. This role owns product listings, asset organization, and launch readiness—managing Dropbox files, selecting images within brand guidelines, and publishing clean, conversion-ready product pages in close collaboration with founders and creative partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage weekly product drops and publish new product listings on schedule
  • Organize and maintain product assets in Dropbox
  • Select and upload product images based on brand guidelines or provided direction
  • Build, QA, and update product pages, collections, and tags
  • Coordinate with founders and creatives to ensure smooth launches
  • Flag missing assets or risks ahead of go-live
Software/Platforms/Tools:
  • Shopify (or similar e-commerce platform)
  • Dropbox
  • Google Workspace
  • Canva, Figma, or Adobe (basic usage)
  • Slack, Zoom
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of freelancing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level).
  • 2–5+ years in e-commerce operations or e-commerce management
  • Strong experience managing product listings for DTC brands
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Confident in making image and presentation decisions within guidelines
  • Experience working with US-based teams
Shift Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, with consistent overlap with US PST business hours.
