Cricket by Crown Wireless is seeking a Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative - Legacy in Fort Worth, TX to join our team. You will help customers find phones, plans, and accessories, delivering excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role offers uncapped commissions and growth opportunities; training is provided, with a strong focus on customer service and team collaboration. If you love technology and talking to people, this is the job for you.

• Keep yourself up to date on new promos, price changes and policy updates.
• Sell Cricket Wireless plans, devices, accessories and high speed internet.
• Achieve and beat sales goals for phones, accessories, plans, add-ons, retention and autopay.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to goodbye.
• Maintain store cleanliness, keep displays current and merchandise to ensure the store is well stocked and organized.
• Help customers understand Cricket products, features, and services.
• Enjoy developing and maintaining relationships with co-workers and consumers.
• Complete operational duties accurately and within required timeframes.
• Work flexible hours, weekend and holidays at various locations.

Bilingual Wireless Retail Sales Representative - No Sales Experience Required!

We are looking for highly motivated, competitive, customer-focused individuals to join our team. Hourly pay plus commissions that are paid out bi-weekly, in addition to monthly and quarterly contests.

In this role, you will earn between $12.00 and $14.00 an hour when you combine your hourly rate and commission.

The Role:

As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines helping customers find the perfect phone, plan and accessories. Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, weekends, and during peak retail selling periods. Work at various locations may also be required.
• Attendance at off-site events during and after business hours required.
• Effective at balancing the customer experience while achieving performance goals.
• Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain all products we offer clearly.
• Enjoy working in a team environment & engaging with consumers. You must be enthusiastic and have the drive needed to complete sales.
• Independent and self-motivated team player.
• Regular physical activity will be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, changing displays, etc.
• Ability to use reliable personal transportation to make daily bank runs to submit deposits as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Must have a fully functioning smartphone on your first day of work.
