Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting Cricket Wireless plans, devices, accessories and high-speed internet.
• Achieve and beat sales goals for phones, accessories, plans, add-ons, retention and autopay.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to goodbye.
• Maintain store cleanliness, keep displays current and merchandise stocked.
• Explain Cricket products, features, and services to customers.
• Engage with coworkers and customers to build relationships.
• Complete operational duties accurately and within required timeframes.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays at various locations.
• Participate in local marketing and community events to promote the brand.

In this role, you will earn between $12.00 and $14.00 an hour when you combine your hourly rate and commission.

As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines helping customers find the perfect phone, plan and accessories. • Help customers understand Cricket products, features, and services.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, weekends, and during peak retail selling periods. Work at various locations may also be required.
• Attendance at off-site events during and after business hours required.
• Effective at balancing the customer experience while achieving performance goals.
• Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain all products we offer clearly.
• Enjoy working in a team environment & engaging with consumers. You must be enthusiastic and have the drive needed to complete sales.
• Independent and self-motivated team player.
• Regular physical activity will be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, changing displays, etc.
• Ability to use reliable personal transportation to make daily bank runs to submit deposits as needed.
