Qualificações

• At least 2 years of experience as a Mid-Level Analyst in a previous company.
• Experience with financial BPO is a plus.

Responsabilidades

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Register client financial transactions, clearances, and bank reconciliations in the financial system within the established deadlines, ensuring accurate records of all operations.
• Monitor the receipt of necessary documents for the financial closing process of clients.
• Prepare and provide the required reports for financial analysis of each client company, including:
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable report;
  • Cash flow report;
  • Managerial Income Statement (DRE);
  • Revenue and expense report by cost center.
• Monitor client bank account transactions to ensure proper records in financial systems.
• Ensure the inclusion of payments in the clients' online banking system (Bankline) and communicate with them for financial processing approval.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

MUST HAVE

• At least 2 years of experience as a Mid-Level Analyst in a previous company
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience with financial systems such as Totvs, SAP, Netsuite, Conta Azul, Omie, or similar
• Advanced / Fluent English

NICE TO HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or Financial Management, or currently pursuing a degree in one of these fields
• Experience with Financial BPO
