Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the LATAM regional dashboards in DOMO and Databricks, covering ticket volume, GTV, contribution margin, market share, ancillary revenue, M&A integration progress, and product and data roadmap delivery.
- Operationalise the monthly LATAM Strategy report pack – a single, current view of regional progress against the strategy, published to regional and global leadership.
- Build dashboards that track business case ROI realisation post‑launch in close partnership with the Business Analyst and the Senior Manager, Business Cases & Opportunities, comparing projected returns against actuals and surfacing variances.
- Maintain the Lane1 capacity tracker and the regional roadmap delivery dashboard, giving the Senior Manager, Client Product Solutions and the Senior Director visibility into roadmap health, run‑the‑business capacity, and delivery confidence.
- Partner with the Senior Data Engineer (matrix relationship) to ensure data sources are reliable, timely, modelled correctly, and trustworthy.
- Translate the requirements of country MDs, Regional Directors and the regional team into visualisations that answer the right questions at the right level of granularity.
- Identify, anticipate, and surface data quality issues, working with the Senior Data Engineer and the regional IT team to drive resolution.
- Provide ad‑hoc analytical and visualisation support to the Senior Manager, Client Product Solutions and the wider team for executive presentations, country reviews, and global forums.
- Facilitate executive use of the dashboards created by offering support and training.
- Document dashboards, KPIs, and data definitions clearly so that the regional team and stakeholders interpret outputs consistently.
- Coordinate closely with central BI and data colleagues to ensure regional dashboards align with global definitions where appropriate, and leverage existing global infrastructure.
Technical Skills
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Portuguese or Spanish required (ideally both).
- Strong expertise in DOMO and/or Databricks.
- Advanced SQL.
- Comfort with data modelling and the design of trustworthy reporting layers.
- 3–5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or visualisation, ideally in a platform, ticketing, e‑commerce, or media business.
- Ability to interpret complex calculations and build visualisations that surface the right signal.
Qualifications
- Strong rapport‑building skills to establish trust with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent facilitation skills to conduct working sessions translating ambiguous business questions into concrete reporting requirements.
- Strong design sensibility – clear, intuitive visualisations that tell a story.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage expectations across multiple parallel reporting streams.
- Creative problem‑solver with a pragmatic, delivery‑focused approach.
- Intellectually honest – willing to flag when data does not support a narrative or a metric is misleading.
- International travel could be required, up to 4 weeks per year.
