Analyst.

This position reports to the Regional HCP Head and will be based in São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

Reporting to the Regional HCP Engagement Head, you will play a key role in the HCP squad.

As the Latam HCP Sr.

Analytics, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to drive business growth through cutting-edge analytics and strategic planning supporting HCP Squad.

In this highly influential, visible, and high-growth role, you will cast a Regional vision across markets, establish analytic standards, and develop solutions to improve performance.

Connected with the IT Technical Team in order to create Descriptive, Predictive and Prescriptive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Regional HCP capability Squad, being the Analytics frontline participating in the business discussions, shaping business needs into analytics projects.
• Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain reporting systems, dashboards and Performance metrics that support key business decisions, in collaboration with IT and Data teams.
• Shape a vision for data-driven HCP efforts that align with business priorities and deliver that vision by providing analytics direction, planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
• Provide analytical and valuable insights for decision‑making support for key projects and stakeholders in leadership, HCP, technology, marketing and product teams.
• Guide the activation and adoption of these solutions in partnerships with Global, Regional and local market leads to maximize and measure business value.
• Innovate bringing external benchmarks or partners to boost analytics creation.

Key deliverables include :

• Insightful advanced analytic tools aligned with business needs with focus on automation and successful adoption maximization.
• Cascade global strategy for Data-Driven Culture.
• Enhance communication through Latam in order to promote best practices and bring visibility to local countries concerning Data, Analysis, Performance and Data Governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Statistics / Math, Engineering, Business Administration or Economics is strongly preferred.
• Experience in Commercial analytics, with experience running Commercial analysis / modeling to drive efficiencies, Test / Control, and other relevant techniques, with a strong track record of business results and organizational leadership.
• Strong Analytic thinking, data savvy and love crunching numbers in order to extract insights and recommendations.
• Proven success in developing BI solutions and using data visualization platforms like Domo or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and influence project teams and stakeholders.
• A natural curiosity and bias for action, with strategic problem‑solving orientation and the ability to "zoom in and out as needed".
• Fluent in English, Spanish preferable.
