What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage the benefits inbox and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefit enrollments and general questions
  • Verify accuracy of benefits enrollments and reporting in HRIS (Workday) to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information
  • Assist with annual Open Enrollment and participate in information sessions
  • Expand and improve employee reference materials related to benefits
  • Conduct benefits orientations for newly hired staff and communicate with employees regarding LOA policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a Benefits or HR role
  • Strong technical skills including proficiency in Excel, Work, Outlook, and internet applications
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures

  • Experience in roles such as Benefits Analyst, Benefits Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, or HR Administrator
